Reefy is operated by Sunny Osprey LLC. These terms cover Reefy's hosted website, account and device-management services, including assistant integrations. Separate open-source licenses govern the software distributed under those licenses.
Your account and computers
Use Reefy only with computers, networks and accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and review access you grant to other people, apps and AI assistants. You are responsible for the instructions you give and the apps you choose to run.
Do not use Reefy for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, or interference with other users or services.
Apps, storage and updates
Reefy can install and run apps, update software and configure storage. Formatting a disk erases its contents. Review the selected disk and any erase confirmation before proceeding. Reboots and software updates can interrupt running apps.
Keep independent backups of important data and verify that they can be restored. Running an app or enabling a backup feature does not guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery from every failure. Review and test AI-generated code before relying on it.
Your content and third-party services
You retain ownership of your content and app source code. You give Reefy the permission needed to process that content to provide the features you request. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Reefy.
Third-party apps, AI assistants, hardware and services have their own terms, licenses, pricing and privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their requirements. Reefy's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and account access
Reefy may change features or interrupt access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We may restrict or suspend accounts used in violation of these terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Urgent security or legal situations may require immediate action.
You can stop using Reefy at any time. Contact info@reefy.ai for account-deletion requests. Removing a hosted account or device record does not by itself erase local disks or cancel services you purchased from another provider.
Warranties and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the hosted service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not replace any separate hardware warranty or paid-service agreement.
Changes and contact
We will publish the effective date with these terms and notify you of material changes before they apply where required by law. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the change.
